Olivia ~ Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Welcome to Zen Life Mental Wellness! I’m honored to share a bit about myself with you. My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, leading to a Master’s in Nursing Education and a post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a board-certified PMHNP, certified autism specialist, certified case manager, and certified managed care nurse, my focus is on compassionate, holistic care that is tailored to your unique story and goals.
Beyond my professional background, I’m also a certified yoga instructor and a lover of all things active—whether it’s weight lifting, hiking, biking, or exploring new yoga practices. When I’ll m not working, I love to immerse myself in textile and woodworking crafts, enjoying everything from crocheting and knitting to painting. I have a deep love for animals and share my home with six wonderful cats.
I believe in taking the time to truly listen and understand each patient. While I’m fully equipped to prescribe medications, I also have many other tools upon which we may draw and attain the best results for you. I respect that each individual’s needs are unique, and I’m here to support those who prefer medication alone or who may be exploring different paths. Together we will find what works for you.
I thank you so much for considering Zen Life Mental Wellness. I think you’ll be surprised by the span of help you’ll get here, and I’m looking forward to being a part of your journey to well-being and mental clarity.
